Mobile Reclaimers
Our mobile reclaimer units are entirely housed in one trailer and operate by a continuous process, with no amine unit shutdown or process adjustments required.
Details for Mobile Reclaimers
Flexible Across Multiple Applications
While mobile units are typically used for amine reclamation, they can be utilized for glycol reclamation, or any solvent ion removal applications.
Fast, Simple Setup
- Delivered to client sites with operators; setup time is typically under 12 hours, compared to competitors’ 5–14 days.
- No additional trailers, skids, or storage tanks are typically required.
- No shutdown or process adjustments to the amine unit operation is necessary.
Advanced, Continuous Process
ElectroSep® process is continuous with no amine system level fluctuations, and no need to store the amine for treatment. It is possible to treat stored amine if desired.
Extremely Safe
In an emergency, the reclaimer can be shut down immediately by pushing the emergency stop button. All operators have taken extensive safety training, and we have one of the best safety records in the industry.
Trailer Dimensions
- Mobile trailers are 40-50 ft long by 8 ft wide and 13.5 ft high.
Non-Hazardous Brine Discharge Stream
Our process utilizes electrodialysis to transfer salts from the amine to a process-water stream, producing a salt-water (brine) discharge stream for disposal. The pH of this brine stream ranges between 9 to 12, and there is typically no need for a pH adjustment before disposal. This stream will contain a small quantity of amine. Normally the brine stream can be sent directly to wastewater treatment systems due to its very low volume and low COD.
Exceptional Technical Support
ElectroSep is proud to provide the best-in-class customer support, including:
- Proactive communication with customers
- Highly-skilled on-site operators
- Rapid response to unexpected issues to optimize uptime and reduce total treatment duration
Applications for Mobile Reclaimers
Oil and Gas Sector Amine Reclamation
ElectroSep has developed proprietary Electrodialysis technologies to treat amines contaminated with HSAS.
Post-Combustion Carbon Capture Amine Reclamation
ElectroSep’s CO₂ process is composed of up to three patented, independent stages to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
Glycol Reclamation
The ElectroSep process for glycol reclamation is a highly efficient and low-waste removal of salt and acids that can contaminate glycol solutions.
Water Treatment
The ElectroSep process for water treatment and ion separation uses electric charge with controlled voltage to separate and remove dissolved salts and ions from water streams.
