Emergency Chloride Removal
Situation
A gas processing facility facing unexpected chloride incursion in their amine and dehydration (TEG) systems contacted us in urgent need of reclamation.
Solution
ElectroSep deployed our mobile equipment within a day from first contact, and with our agility and technical expertise, we were able to complete reclamation of both systems within a couple of days time. Both systems were treated on-line via slipstream, without the need for any downtime associated with tie-in. The ElectroSep process also completely avoided the need for a costly shutdown to deinventory and reinventory the solvents. The client thanked us for our unmatched service and preventing costly downtime and environmental risk. Since this initial service, ElectroSep responds to multiple similar reclamation jobs in this client’s network annually.

Same-Day Tie-in and Reclamation
Situation
A longtime client desired a simplification and to eliminate the need and cost for their maintenance team to complete tie-in’s for mobile reclamation.
Solution
The client installed a permanent tie-in station at the ideal location for the mobile reclaimer. Tie-in’s are now completed on the same day as the mobile reclaimer’s arrival, without the need for site maintenance other than power connection performed by a certified electrician. Total setup time can be as little as four hours, with reclamation processing starting immediately thereafter on the same day.
